I grew up surrounded by European culture, family recipes, and a deep love for food that brings people together. My journey started in Croatia and continued through years of living in Germany, Switzerland, Florida, and now Ohio. Every place I lived brought new inspiration, flavors, traditions, and memories that eventually became part of this creperie.
After releasing my cookbook, I realized I wanted to do more than just share recipes… I wanted to bring authentic European flavors and experiences to people in a more personal way. That’s how this mobile creperie was born.
It actually started as a small pop-up creperie in Florida in 2023, where I began serving crepes at local events and gatherings. Seeing people connect over food, try something new, and come back for more made me realize this was something I wanted to continue growing.
What started as a passion for cooking turned into serving handmade sweet and savory crepes fresh off the griddle for my community. I care deeply about quality and use organic ingredients whenever possible because I truly believe you can taste the difference!
For me, this is about more than food. It’s about creating a warm, welcoming experience where people can slow down for a moment, enjoy something made with care, and leave a little happier!
